After receiving alarm from clients, TTS module will give preset client¡äs phone number in order, Normally, clients tend to be worried about what is happening after receiving call from CMS. So they what to know more details. Such as: is there a fire in his house, or is there an intruder? Does the elder parents fall down and break his/her leg, Maybe he/she try to use a panic to call for help?
At that time, with our TTS module, CMS will tell you the detailed emergency.
In the meanwhile, CMS will inform patrol staff what is happening by voice message(Including client¡äs address, telephone number, type of alarm), so that patrol staff can solve these emergency immediately.
